s9 advanced messaging

I bought a S9 recently, but my phone doesn't have the 'advanced messaging ' option. just wondering how to make it so I have the option for the read and delivered options!?

you need to be either in bell or Rogers to use that feature and if you are on Rogers it only works for android messages

I am on Roger's, but it still doesn't work on the android messages. all the settings are turned on, just doesnt work? any ideas?

I'd suggest that you contact Rogers 😉🐧

The other person you're messaging also needs to have RCS in order for it to work. That might be the reason why.

yes what @brownbatman said, the other person must be on Rogers, and using android messages with a compatible device.

I still can't figure this out and I am with bell I have tried this with a few friends who are also on bell but still doesn't show read recipt or anything..
