Smart Tag is total garbage!

Like everyone else is saying... The Samsung smart tag is complete useless garbage. When you push the button on the tag to find your phone, it does absolutely nothing. I've reset the tag, changed the battery, reinstalled the app and nothing. And don't even get me started on the lying, rude, useless Samsung customer service. This is my first and last Samsung phone.

Make sure the smartthing app is not in power saving mode had a similar issue

Hey, thanks for the tip. When I went into the SmartThings app I realized that the location was turned off in the permissions. Now it seems to work.

Smarttags are garbage.  When you try to download the Smarttags the download installs all kinds of garbage including Tic Tok.   I had to scrub through my computer to fix it.
