WearablesAnd also, the watch needs a few days, up to a week or 2, to assess and learn your usage pattern and to optimize the battery for you.
So in the beginning, the battery will always be horrible.

WearablesClick on any app that you don't use. I did disable Assistant, Google Message and removed Google account on watch. Because I have phones with me all time. These apps are no use on my watch.
I also defind what notifications can send to my watch. I only get calls, email and text message, whatsapp from watch. Others can be left on phone. Hope this help.

WearablesHi swashman,
Firstly, congratulations on your new Galaxy Watch 7. Yes, as said by Deeezzyyy it is a new device, it is possible the device is still capturing usage pattern to optimize battery performance.
You can try enabling power saving mode on : Head into your Settings > Scroll down the screen and select Battery > Toggle on Power saving.
Enabling the setting will turn off the wake-up gesture, Always on Display, Wi-Fi, limit CPU speed, decrease the brightness by %, limit background network usage, limit background location and background syncing, reduce screen timeout to 15 seconds and disable any software updates.
Thank you.

WearablesMaybe the battery logging needs to be updated? It shows very little app usage. If the major difference is that I've added apps, shouldn't that be tracked usage?
Currently I only have messages, what's app, and Garmin jr(my daughter has a location tracking watch). My wife has the same notifications as we set that up the same.
I understand what everyone is saying, about giving it time. Just super weird that we are having different experiences with battery.

WearablesIf still not good, contact samsung support for exchange or return. Can never rule out that you might have gotten a dud. But will need a few days for battery optimization for sure.
Also, new devices, new softwares. It's never fully optimized without bugs unfortunately.

WearablesI have now contacted support, however have learned that they don't want to let me exchange. I now have to send a brand new device, less than a week old, for service.
