Galaxy Note9 says connected to 4G when its connected to 3G

My Mote9 says its connected to 4g but it's connected to 3g. Can some tell me why that is?

That's because of the CSC. Carriers think HSDPA+ is 4G, like how AT&T thinks LTE-A is 5Ge.
