Latest update: just got off the phone with a senior team lead and was told that there is a list of 6000 exclusive color orders that are delayed and my order is on that list! Could be 2-3 weeks again or less or more. No guarantee. I am cancelling and going to Best Buy if it’s available there.  So if your exclusive is on that **bleep** list, you are not getting it regardless of if it says prep for dispatch - means nothing!

Did you see my update? Got it this morning from a team lead! 2-3 weeks, not really in dispatch! I sent in my cancellation request.

Been following this thread you created since I'm basically in the same boat. Pre-ordered my S22 Ultra graphite 256gb on Feb 11th and still waiting. Changed to preparing dispatch around the same time and everything. Every time i'd spoken with chat they'd said since it shipped from their warehouse or wtv it'd be 2 weeks max until I'd get the shipping information and now it's 3 weeks since then and still nothing. Latest communication with chat is "give it a few more days" but if I don't get any updates by Wednesday I have to cancel... At this rate the S23 lineup will arrive before we get our phones. Anyway, nice to know I'm not alone.

You are probably on that 6000 order delayed list as me! Another few weeks was their answer but no guarantees! Anyways, I cancelled.

Meh, it's been prep. for dispatch since about Monday, and still nothing.

I'll wait it out, but this **bleep** is pretty anxiety inducing. I think I'm just gonna stop looking for status updates at all until I actually get it.

I'm in the same boat my friends, I ordered my s22 ultra sky blue 256gb the 15 February, 3 days later I received an email that my order was canceled without any reason in the email by the way, I called the customer support and they said to me that they will investigate and call me the next day, next day, no call what a surprise, so I called them and the rep said that I need to pay with PayPal if I have a different order address then shipping, so the 18 February I re pre ordered the same phone, then after the official release I got a email saying that my special color can take up to 4 weeks before delivery, the 4 weeks are past by now and I received a delay email 3 days ago and they offered me a 50$ voucher for the delay, my order was on the way since 3 weeks and yesterday it just changed for preparing dispatch. I am not impressed I was expecting much more from a big franchise like Samsung, but it is what it is, next time, I might consider Apple instead, my boss have his 22 ultra since before release and ordered it after me but he chose a standard color.

Yeah sorry we are all in the same boat. I have already cancelled mine. I don’t want to put up with this **bleep**! Same thing happened to me. Because I moved recently they canceled my first pre order because shipping address was different! People ship to different pick up address all the time! Samsung has lost it, is all I can say! I will check out Best Buy and get it there. Paid 2k for this garbage customer service!

I am still waiting, no estimated delivery dates, all items in my order are repeatedly delayed, and no $50 redemption code or whatever it is as a thank you/reward. The warranty starts on date of purchase, not the day you receive it (they really need to extend everyone's warranty). I am hearing horror stories about S22 Ultra battery life too.

I am starting to think this is the Universe's way of telling me to cancel and buy something else. I was looking at the S21 Ultra used on ebay and there are lots of new units still in box for way less money than the S22 Ultra and the S21 Ultra has better battery life.
