galaxy s8 not locking the screen

or didn't matter what type of security I decide to use, the phone can be unlocked at any time. I tried face, Iris, pattern, disabled smart lock, disable unlocking with the home button.

I set to be locked immediately after locking but it can still be unlocked with just a swipe.

Check your smart lock settings, is on body detection enabled, or any trusted bluetooth devices??

Have you tried booting into safe mode to rule out a third party app causing the issue? Have you tried wiping the cache partition in Android recovery?

I haven't installed any app lately, and about wiping the cache partition in Android recovery, if I have to do that to shove a serious issue than I might as well sell this crap and buy an iPhone. This shouldn't be happening in the first place right...
