You'll have to call and spend 40min on the phone before someone talks to you. Just be aware that they might not be able to help you, I think a member already tried that and it didn't work.

This member tried to cancel his S22+ but still received the phone.

Thank you for sharing it. I can't believe the gaint electronic company of sumsung is so cheap that so clearly scamming the loyal customers. I think the best way to deal with these scammer is to deny and reject reception of the parcel. So it will be returned to them. I am still in shock how sumsung abused us and hostages our money. They should know that they are losing valuable costumers. I hate sumsung deeply

Samsung is trying to collect hard earned money before they have the par level stock and investing. They may collect billions of dollars through this stupid pre order scam . We don't understand why the fu**k we pre ordered it. It was better to go to a store. No more Samsung .fed up

Isn't the real issue why people want to cancel their orders? 

Samsung's Support, online or otherwise has failed to address the consumer's concerns. 

What was excitement & anticipation when ordering, has been replaced with frustration & anger. 

Do you think that advising people, whose experience with Samsung's ordering support, will be more satisfied with the cancellation process?

Hi vetman, I don't blame you for 'pulling the plug' on your order !
I'm in a similar situation as I also ordered the S22 Ultra 1TB in
Graphite and it's now well past the 'promised' delivery date of
March 03rd...
I sincerely hope your refund transaction goes reasonably well.
Wishful thinking maybe, but there's always hope ! !

I am very close to this point as well, the only thing g that is stopping me is the horror stories I've heard trying to get your money back.
I used my credit card to pay for mine and will be contacting them tomorrow to see what my options are.

I'm also on the verge of canceling my pre order. Ordered my sky blue s22 on Feb 14th, and according to the website the shipping of special production takes up to 4 weeks. Tmrw marks the 4 weeks duration and my order is still processing... I guess I should cancel it now as it's easier to cancel an order on a processing status...
