Galaxy SIt's not on any of my devices, which is why I was asking if you:
- a) Contacted Samsung for support.
- b) Downloaded Samsung's Tutor from the Galaxy Store.

Galaxy SHi s1lentnightz,
Remote Management is a built-in support tool that allows Samsung support to remotely connect to your device but only with your explicit permission to help troubleshoot issues or guide you through settings.
You stay in full control:
-
You must initiate or approve any remote session.
-
It’s a one-time connection, and support staff cannot access your phone without your consent.
It’s normal to see this after a reset, and it’s just another tool to make life a little easier when things go wrong.
We're glad to see that the issue is resolved! If you ever run into anything else or have questions about your Galaxy device, feel free to reach out.
Thank you.
