Galaxy SSorry for delayed response. I have been busy with Job and had to backup all data, and stuff, so it took some time. I did the factory reset and the issue seems to be fixed now. I also got new version of android auto with games snack and wallpaper option.
I don't why I am required to reset phone to get these features and/or fix bugs.
Aren't new features supposed to be available via monthly OTA update?
Isn't Samsung supposed to fix the bugs via monthly OTA update?
Does that mean if I have another software bug with Android 12 update, I will have to reset my phone again? That's unacceptable. So bad on Samsung's part.

Galaxy SSometimes a Factory Reset will fix all kinds of issues & the new updates you received after is likely just a coincidence.
Monthly updates are primarily Security Patch updates. Periodically Samsung will include bug fixes & system app upgrades. For example on my S20 Ultra, the July Security Patch Update also included fixes/upgrades for the camera.
As for Android version updates, I & most of the people I work with on XDA, ALWAYS backup & Factory Reset after any Android version update.
Yeah, there's a script built-in to the Monthly OTAs, as well as the Android version updates, that is *SUPPOSED* to clear everything out during the update process, but it doesn't always work properly & no one I know who does a Factory Reset after any Android version update, has never experienced any issues FWIW.
If you use the Mobile Smart Switch on your phone to backup & restore, a Factory Reset really doesn't take that long to do.

Galaxy SI believe that for the majority of people, the OTA process works reasonably well, but not for everyone as you have discovered.
Samsung isn't likely to ever acknowledge that there's any issues with OTAs, & in fairness, Samsung isn't the only manufacturer that leaves something to be desired regarding updates.
Smart Switch is a decent app, but it doesn't come close to what is available on Rooted phones. There's an app called TWRP, which essentially takes an exact image of ALL your apps & ALL your settings, so that if you Factory Reset, you can restore the TWRP backup & EVERYTHING will be restored.
But Root is an entirely different conversation. 😉

Galaxy SI don't know if you're familiar with a Dev, Elliwigy on XDA, but he's been able to unlock the bootloader on a number of recent Samsung Snapdragon devices, in order to Flash the TWRP img & Custom Roms.
For me personally, while there's a couple of things that I miss not having without Root, ie: V4A & TWRP, I can do pretty much everything that I REALLY need with adb.
Even awesome Root apps like Titanium Backup are no longer being updated, as the popularity of Root seems to be subsiding.. Even for the easily Rooted Exynos devices.
Still Samsung does some really du*mb things with their hardware, starting with getting rid of the Notification LED, O² / HR / BP Sensor, but the DU*MBEST idea was to remove the external sd card slot! 😡
No way that I'm going to get rid of my S20 Ultra & buy the S21 Ultra.. 🙄

Galaxy SI would like to move to Google Pixel for my next phone, only problem with Google is they put a lot of plastic on the device. I don't want a plastic phone for more than $1000-$1500 spent on a flagship smartphone.
They always do the dumbest things possible. Google needs to fix there hardware and Samsung needs to forget bixby, for God sake, I hate bixby so much.

Galaxy SHave a look at BxActions from the Play Store. It will allow you to disable Bixby completely without Root, but you'll need to use adb (there's a handy script that you can just run when connected to your computer).
Fortunately Bixby seems to be disappearing on the more recent devices.
Google Assistant is ALL I have ever used, even when I had my S10+
