Galaxy SNope, but open the Camera ,go to it's Settings (Gear Icon ) Top Left Settings & Reset the camera & Reboot.
If that doesn't work ,go to Settings > Apps &Scroll down to the camera > Storage &Clear BOTH Cache and Data for the camera & Reboot.
One of these steps should solve the problem .

Galaxy STry going to the Samsung Members app & Click on the "Get Help" & Diagnostics, then run the Diagnostics for the Camera & see if you get any errors.
