You have changed the look and feel of my phone wothout my consent. I feel like you have invaded my personal space, reorganized my bedroom against my wishes. I am so angry and feel so violated, it's difficult not to swear...
Additionally now some of my apps do not work properly.
I feel so violated.

HAHAHA who goes on the Samsung members app, makes their username "soon to be an iphone user" and makes their first post about how they can't stand the new update? I can't stress enough, GO BUY AN OLDER PHONE (Like the S7?) if you don't like the update, ESPECIALLY considering that older phones like the S7 are so old that they're cheaper with every new update/new S series release. ALSO: I STRONGLY do NOT suggest going to iPhone. If you think Samsung is bad, just try iPhone... You won't like it. I hated the Oreo update when it first came out, now I'm used to it. Same thing will happen for Pie. Give Pie a chance!!

IMO they should not make any changes to my phone except security updates. When I buy a new phone its ok then. Im already willing to learn a new system when I buy a new phone.

BTW, Samsung doesn't need your consent to change the look of your phone, you may own the hardware (that's what you paid for), you don't own the software. If you're feeling violated, maybe you should call the police and report the violation. Why wait to buy an iPhone next time?
