Visual Voicemail

Why isn't the Visual Voicemail app not available freely on the Samsung store? My carrier supports visual voicemail but the app is not on the phone and I would very much appreciate it if Samsung would add the availability of the app on the Galaxy availability of the app on the Galaxy store

[EDIT Samsung Censor Bot Learn ENGLISH! NOT EVERY 4 letter word that ends with "ck" is NOT a swear word!] *Ha*CK!  where you use youmail app & set your voice mail to forward to some other number.. but I haven't bothered to look any further.

In fact the phone itself should answer after x rings itself and take the message and store it....no ? I thinks some apps do that but did not bothered also

It's working for me on Telus. Just make sure your Telus SIM is the newest enabled SIM on your phone, such that it asks you to restart and "switch" to Telus. VVM will then be available.
